By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or booking a trek/tour, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.
• You confirm that you are medically and physically fit for the selected activity and will disclose relevant conditions.
• We may deny participation if your safety or group safety could be impacted.

• Booking is confirmed only after receiving the stipulated advance.
• Balance must be cleared before trip commencement unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change due to permits, transport, taxes; any revision will be communicated.
• GST invoices can be issued on request; convenience fees may apply for gateways.

• Cancel 30+ days prior: 90% refund.
• 15–29 days prior: 50% refund.
• 0–14 days prior: No refund.
• No refund for no-show, last-minute dropouts, or unused inclusions.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed in 7–10 working days.

Mountain weather, landslides, permits, road blocks, or safety advisories may require reroutes, date shifts, or trip cancellations. We will make best efforts to offer an alternate plan or reschedule. Additional costs (if any) arising from such events are borne by participants.

• Follow trek leader/guide instructions and environmental guidelines (Leave No Trace).
• Carry government ID and required permits; respect local customs and rules.
• Rentals/personal purchases are excluded unless specifically included.

Adventure activities involve inherent risks (altitude, terrain, weather). While we take all reasonable precautions, participation is at your own risk. We recommend personal travel/medical insurance covering adventure sports. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

All content, logos, media, and code are our or licensors’ intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or modify without written consent. Misuse, scraping, or security violations are prohibited.
