How the trek supports emotional work
Participants engage in group discussions, mindful walking, creative expression and experiential activities that mirror life’s emotional landscape. Gentle climbs help you explore effort and trust, river crossings reflect boundaries and flow, and pauses in silence become spaces to listen inward.
Instead of sitting in a room and talking “about” your life, you move through it in real time — supported by facilitators who bring psychological insight to whatever shows up on the trail: fear, resistance, tenderness, courage or release.
